This deliverable details the results of the requirements elicitation process, including the list of requirements as well as a corresponding goal model and activity diagrams. It also inludes a first version of the validation plan which shows how the realisation of those requirements by the concepts and mechanisms developed by WP4 through WP7 will be validated in the context of the use cases.
